Transportation<\/h3><p>When you reserve transportation with Air to Sea Shuttles, the following Service Terms apply in addition to the Website Terms of Use:<\/p><h3>Reservations &amp; Confirmations<\/h3><ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\"><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2021\">Bookings may be made via our Website, by phone, or through authorized partners.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2104\">A reservation is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email or text.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2205\">You are responsible for providing accurate flight, cruise, hotel, and contact information.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3>Pricing &amp; Payment<\/h3><ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\"><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2324\">We use transparent, flat-rate pricing for our Houston\u2013Galveston shuttle services.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2409\">Unless otherwise stated, fares are per passenger and include standard taxes and fees.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2498\">Payment is typically due at the time of booking.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3>Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/h3><ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\"><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2581\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">1 week before pickup:<\/strong> full refund (minus cancellation cost)<\/p><\/li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2644\">Cancellation Cost = 20% of total reservation.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2693\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Within 1 week of pickup:<\/strong> non-refundable.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2737\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">No-show (more than 15 minutes late, unreachable):<\/strong> non-refundable.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>If we must cancel a trip due to operational or safety reasons, you will receive either alternate transportation (where available) or a full refund of the fare paid for that leg of service.<\/p><h3>Luggage<\/h3><ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\"><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3011\">Standard allowance: 1 checked bag + 1 carry-on per passenger.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3076\">Oversized or extra luggage may require advance notice and may incur an additional charge.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3169\">Hazardous, illegal, or unsafe items are prohibited.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3>Passenger Conduct &amp; Safety<\/h3><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3256\">Passengers agree to:<\/p><ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\"><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3280\">Follow driver instructions and safety rules<\/p><\/li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3327\">Wear seat belts where provided<\/p><\/li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3361\">Refrain from smoking, vaping, or consuming open alcohol in the vehicle<\/p><\/li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3435\">Treat drivers and other passengers with respect<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3486\">We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a passenger\u2019s behavior is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive, without refund.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Service Terms \u2013 Booking &amp;
