Service Terms – Booking & Transportation

When you reserve transportation with Air to Sea Shuttles, the following Service Terms apply in addition to the Website Terms of Use:

Reservations & Confirmations

  • Bookings may be made via our Website, by phone, or through authorized partners.

  • A reservation is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email or text.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate flight, cruise, hotel, and contact information.

Pricing & Payment

  • We use transparent, flat-rate pricing for our Houston–Galveston shuttle services.

  • Unless otherwise stated, fares are per passenger and include standard taxes and fees.

  • Payment is typically due at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 1 week before pickup: full refund (minus cancellation cost)

  • Cancellation Cost = 20% of total reservation.

  • Within 1 week of pickup: non-refundable.

  • No-show (more than 15 minutes late, unreachable): non-refundable.

If we must cancel a trip due to operational or safety reasons, you will receive either alternate transportation (where available) or a full refund of the fare paid for that leg of service.

Luggage

  • Standard allowance: 1 checked bag + 1 carry-on per passenger.

  • Oversized or extra luggage may require advance notice and may incur an additional charge.

  • Hazardous, illegal, or unsafe items are prohibited.

Passenger Conduct & Safety

Passengers agree to:

  • Follow driver instructions and safety rules

  • Wear seat belts where provided

  • Refrain from smoking, vaping, or consuming open alcohol in the vehicle

  • Treat drivers and other passengers with respect

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a passenger’s behavior is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive, without refund.
