Service Terms – Booking & Transportation
When you reserve transportation with Air to Sea Shuttles, the following Service Terms apply in addition to the Website Terms of Use:
Reservations & Confirmations
Bookings may be made via our Website, by phone, or through authorized partners.
A reservation is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email or text.
You are responsible for providing accurate flight, cruise, hotel, and contact information.
Pricing & Payment
We use transparent, flat-rate pricing for our Houston–Galveston shuttle services.
Unless otherwise stated, fares are per passenger and include standard taxes and fees.
Payment is typically due at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
1 week before pickup: full refund (minus cancellation cost)
Cancellation Cost = 20% of total reservation.
Within 1 week of pickup: non-refundable.
No-show (more than 15 minutes late, unreachable): non-refundable.
If we must cancel a trip due to operational or safety reasons, you will receive either alternate transportation (where available) or a full refund of the fare paid for that leg of service.
Luggage
Standard allowance: 1 checked bag + 1 carry-on per passenger.
Oversized or extra luggage may require advance notice and may incur an additional charge.
Hazardous, illegal, or unsafe items are prohibited.
Passenger Conduct & Safety
Passengers agree to:
Follow driver instructions and safety rules
Wear seat belts where provided
Refrain from smoking, vaping, or consuming open alcohol in the vehicle
Treat drivers and other passengers with respect
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a passenger’s behavior is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive, without refund.
