Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards and may offer electronic payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer as available.

Processing Fees

Standard payment processing fees are currently absorbed by Air to Sea Shuttles and reflected in our published fares. We may offer a small discount for certain direct or cash-equivalent payment methods (where available).

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup

  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of pickup or for no-show passengers

Any exceptions or special cases will be handled at our sole discretion and may be subject to documented proof (e.g., flight cancellation).
